Did you know there are several locations in the Indianapolis area where you can get pictures with Santa for dogs or other family pets.
It’s amazing how much a pet can change your family. They instantly become such an important member that you forget they’re not one of your kids. You tell yourself they’re just a pet, and before you know it you’re planning activities that include the family dog!
Pre-pup, I didn’t think dogs needed clothing, but as we near the second holiday with our dog, I’ll have to admit that he got a Christmas sweater along with my other boys this year.
So of course when I see an opportunity for our family pet to take part in one of our favorite family traditions, I’m going to jump at the chance, right? I mean, I already have the sweater.
And, when my kids decide they are too cool to sit for the annual photo with Santa, I have my backup ready!

Bring your pets to pose with Santa at Greenwood Park Mall on Sunday, December 10. Enter through Entrance 1, head to Von Maur court with your furry friends, and get their special photo with Santa.

Everyone is welcome at Hamilton Town Center‘s Pet Photo with Santa nights—even without pets. Advanced reservations are strongly encouraged, but to make reservations you have to purchase a photo package. During Pet Night events, Hamilton Town Center will be collecting donations on behalf of The Humane Society.
