Christmas Nights of Lights in Indianapolis

Gate 12 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds, 1101-1699, E 42nd St, Indianapolis

6-10 pm (hours extended until 11:30 pm on weekends and holiday week)
Admission: $38 per carload

Over one million lights are fully synchronized to popular holiday classics and even some new music at Christmas Nights of Lights. Drive through miles of lights that wrap throughout the infield at the Indiana State Fair. This spectacular display will entertain everyone. Admission is $38 per carload for up to 8 people.

Winterland Light Show at Ellis Park in Danville

600 E Main St, Danville
November 21 – December 28, 2025
Sunday – Thursday, 6-9 pm and Fridays & Saturdays, 6 – 10 pm
Admission: $5 per car Monday – Thursday, $10 on weekends

Drive-thru to see beautiful light displays. Santa will be there on weekends at Santaland to meet with children. Santaland is open Friday – Saturday, 6-9 pm, and Sunday, 6-8 pm, with a $5.00 per child/$20 family maximum cost to meet Santa.

Festival of Lights at Jimmy Nash Park

360 N Home Ave, Martinsville
November 29 – December 31, 2025

Admission: Free

Drive through and admire the lights in the park. While you’re in town, stop by the Martinsville Candy Kitchen and buy freshly made candy canes. You might even see them pour and form the candy canes!

Columbus Country Christmas

Taulman Farm, 10335 S. 400 W, Columbus
Open Friday-Sunday, November 28 – December 14, 2025. Open nightly December 19 – December 23.

Admission: $30 per car, or $50 with North Pole Experience

This drive-thru light show includes two miles of lights meandering through the farm property. Tune your radio to the accompanying station for a holiday soundtrack. The North Pole Experience includes tons of extras, from wagon rides to Santa meet-and-greets to live reindeer and entertainment. Concessions are available for sale.

Santa Claus Land of Lights in Santa Claus, Indiana

Wilstem Winter Fest Light Show

The Wilstem drive-through Winter Fest Light Show is a one-and-a-half-mile-long display featuring 2.5 million lights, a live nativity, and a chance to see Santa Claus! ​ Guests will enter a 200-foot drive-thru tunnel, which can be seen from the highway. You will be welcomed by Santa, Elves, and Mrs. Claus, adorned in lights.

Shipshewana’s Lights of Joy

Wonderland of Lights at Ouabache State Park

Admission: $5 per vehicle

This annual tradition is back for its 10th year. Visit on a Saturday to see Santa. Profits support the Friends of Ouabache State Park and their various projects and initiatives.

Nights of Lights at Mounds State Park

4306 Mounds Road, Anderson
Friday – Sunday, November 28 – December 28, 2025
6 – 9 pm
Admission: $10 per car

Support the Friends of Mounds State Park when you attend this drive-through Christmas light display in Anderson. The state park is full of twinkling lights designed by members of the community. Proceeds this year will go towards a new accessible playground for Mounds State Park.

Mega Caverns Lights Under Louisville

This display is a bit of a drive from Central Indiana, but worth it! Marvel at 4 million lights, 2 light tunnels, 850 lit characters, and projection shows, all housed in an underground cavern you can drive through.

    1. We share information for families on all sides of town so they can find locations nearest them. I hope you were able to see them pour candy canes at the Candy Cane Kitchen, that is certainly worth the one hour trip.
