Chuy’s is a fun and funky Tex-Mex restaurant with incredible margaritas. On vacation, we happened upon the lucky chance of visiting the original location in Austin, Texas. We were hooked and were ecstatic when locations began to open here in Indiana. Drink specials are offered daily. I highly recommend going during Happy Hour when they load up the trunk of a car (you heard that right) in the bar with free nachos. Chips, salsa, queso, ground sirloin and other rotating ingredients are available totally free.
9th Street Bistro
56 S. 9th Street, Noblesville
I cannot wait for 9th Street Bistro to open their dining room. COVID-19 has pushed back the dine-in option here but they are making up for that with their amazing Sunday Supper Club. Fill out their online order form and on Sundays go pick up (curbside) a fantastic dinner to share with your boo back at home. This is not your average take out. These are meals with locally sourced produce and things you may not put the effort in to making yourself. All you have to do is reheat the entrees and enjoy.
Slapfish

If you are hungry for seafood, you have got to try Slapfish. This restaurant has a fast casual feel to it, but the food is top notch. If you have never tried a lobster roll, this is the place to do it! Instagram worthy and absolutely delicious. This location is inside of the Broccoli Bill’s neighborhood grocery which features a lot of unique products including their own line of gourmet foods. After eating at Slapfish, peruse the store to pick up some goodies for later.
Kobayashi Sushi

I absolutely love to get sushi on date night. Kobayashi is a wonderful choice with a huge selection of fresh sushi rolls to choose from. Koteewi Run Snow Tubing

It can be hard to think of fun outdoor winter dates, but Koteewi Park has you covered. This park offers snow tubing down a 700 foot slope with groomed lanes for a soft landing. Bundle up and take in the beautiful sights surrounding you as you fly down the lanes. A tow line is available for riding back up to the top. Potter’s Bridge

If you want to try this out in a more relaxed way, come in during open shop hours and select a piece of unfinished pottery. Create the designs and choose the colors you like. There are over 300 pottery choices and 40 paint colors. Kiln Creations will glaze and fire your pottery and it will be available to pick up a week later. They also offer candle making, mosaics, and wood signs if pottery is not your thing.
