Greenwood, Indiana is a fast-growing suburb of Indianapolis, and there are so many things to do in Greenwood. We’re very big fans of the Greenwood waterpark, one of the top Indiana water parks for kids and families.
Freedom Springs in Greenwood will open for the 2024 Season on Saturday, May 25.
Waterpark in Greenwood
All ages will LOVE Freedom Springs Aquapark. This waterpark has so many awesome attractions; two body slides, a tube slide, a lazy river, diving boards, a drop slide, a lily pad crossing, a lap pool, a play area, and a splash area for the little ones that includes fun water activities.
One of my favorite things about visiting Freedom Springs Aquapark is that it’s very easy to see most areas of the waterpark from one area. If my older children want to go on the water slides or take a spin around the lazy river, I can still watch them while I keep an eye on them or swim with my little ones in the activity areas.
Freedom Springs in Greenwood also allows pass-outs. As long as you get your hand stamped before you leave, you’re welcome to return to the waterpark on the same day.
Cabana Rental at Freedom Springs
A concession stand, shelters, and cabanas add to the relaxing, resort-like feel. Cabanas can be rented for $35 for a half day, and $55 for a full day, and special rates apply for events.
Shelters, which have space for up to 50 people, can be rented for full and half days. When renting a shelter, Greenwood residents receive half-price admission AND half-price concession stand purchases. All shelter rentals also include 3 drink pitchers and 3 pizzas!
