The weather is warming, summer is just around the corner, and that means it’s the start of farmers’ market season. We want to make sure you don’t miss an opportunity to get out and meet your local farmers and artisans, so we compiled this extensive list of Indy area markets.

Saturdays from 8 am-12 pm, May-September, and 9 am-12 pm in October

All items sold by Broad Ripple Farmers Market vendors are grown, raised, or produced in Indiana, with exceptions for items not available in Indiana, such as salmon or lobster. Grab the kids a Nicey Treat or other farmer’s market snack to enjoy while listening to live music at the market.

Food trucks and local products are available at this neighborhood market, which is hosted indoors at Half-Liter BBQ during the winter months.

Visitors shopping with SNAP benefits can participate in the Fresh Bucks program, which doubles your purchasing power up to $20.

The Garfield Park Farmer’s Market is Slow Food Approved, which means all vendors adhere to standards ensuring their products are “good, clean, and fair” for all. The market also participates in the Fresh Bucks program, which provides additional benefits for visitors shopping with SNAP dollars.
